    From: Broadcom's DX NetOps Support Team

    Subject: "DX NetOps" is included in "Network Observability" - Opening a case with Broadcom Support

    Effective immediately, when opening a new Broadcom Support case for DX NetOps, choose Network Observability as the Product. The DX NetOps option has been replaced with Network Observability.

    After choosing Network Observability as the Product, choose one of following as the Component:

    • PMGEN (DX NetOps Performance Management General)

    • SPCGEN (DX NetOps Spectrum General)

    • VNAGEN (DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance General)

    • NQRPTA (DX NetOps Network Flow Analysis General)

    • MDMGEN (DX NetOps Mediation Manager General)

    You can open a Support case with Broadcom Support at https://support.broadcom.com, or contact Broadcom Support by calling +1-800-225-5224 in the US (refer to the Contact Support page for the local number in your country).
