Hi Nitin,
Here he is talking asking for the relation of a java version in a windows server vs the need of a dSeries in specific version 12.3.
Actually, one of our NONPROD is down from last 2 days even (no logs post server restarted) now and the team still not came up with solutions as per the case (#160011247) we already opened it team on it.
So the ask is there been an install of java JDK mentioned version on the server is it making any issue while dSeries to start up as service is not starting even any cold starts. Please confirm about the relation of JAVA and dSeries and where we should find the actual reason of it.

Hi,
By WLA, what is the exact component being referred here?
Are you referring to dSeries, then you cannot change the JRE it comes with. The packaged JRE is installed within dSeries install and will not affect anything in the OS. Also, what by client application, are you referring to the Desktop Client (on Windows)?
Then messages like "cannot connect" etc. has nothing to do with JRE. I'll suggest that you open a support ticket and provide all the detals.
HTH,

Subject: Does JDK application install on WLA server impact on WLA?
We have recently installed the JDK version 21.0.4 on our WLA server and after 2 days the server was reboot and we encounter an issue with WLA environment.
Issues: We are not able to connect WLA through client application.
No logs generated after reboot.
No jobs/schedule running in that environment.
Query: Does JDK application installed on server impact WLA? If yes, would uninstallation help in this case? What steps need to be taken?
If No, what could be possible reason for this issue? and how we could find the RC for this?
