I want to know if any of you have experienced that when you change the device's life cycle, it stops recording data even though its status is correct.
I'm sharing some images of the device.
The device show correct status, but no show stadistics since July 23
If anyone knows what is wrong or how I can fix it
I'd appreciate it.
