    At this point everyone has probably heard about (or experienced) the issues related to Windows Servers and the recent Crowdstrike update which has wreaked some havoc on systems worldwide.

    Although UIM is not directly impacted by this, we have seen a few impacts/side effects related to the crash/reboot cycle of Windows systems, particularly on the DX UIM Primary Hub server.

    We have published a KB which outlines the potential impacts (mostly related to corrupted .cfg files) and resolutions - this will be updated continuously as we encounter more scenarios.
