Getting error message while starting/restarting the RSP probe in UIM -

Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'rsp' (command = rsp.exe)

please suggest.

Set the rsp probe log level to 5, reactivate rsp probe, check log.

If that doesn't provide insight, delete the probe and try reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work set the controller log level to 5, delete and reinstall rsp again, check the controller log for failures. 

Most likely here is antivirus blocking/deleting something during the install or rsp startup.

There was connectivity issue with data_engine.

Issue got fixed after changing data_engine path to full path of data_engine in nis_server.
