    Hello.

We use the Symantec antivirus programme in the company I work for. I would like to ask you for help with a problem we are having.

Our company has a local network. We have a sharing centre that we set up on this local network. We use 2 types of operating systems connected to this sharing network. These systems are Win 7 and Win 10. While computers connected to Win 7 operating system can send files to the sharing centre, computers with Win 10 operating system have problems when sending files. Although the file sizes are very small, they are very slow. Sometimes it does not throw at all. When I uninstall Symantec, we don't have any problems with file uploading, but when Symantec is present, I can't solve this problem no matter what I do. I wonder if there is a solution to this problem?

    Help Please...

Try to create a firewall exception rule from SEPM. Last part part of the rule, fom the network service select Ethernet only (or the type of communication, select Network Neighborhood Sharing) for those Windows 10 Clients
