Rally is transitioning to a new feedback submission process during the week of October 7, 2024. This change will help the Rally team capture and process your in-app feedback more effectively.
Rally SaaS customers will be able to submit general feedback from any page using the Share Your Feedback menu item in the Rally Resource Center, accessible via the bell icon in the upper-right of your Rally application.
This will replace the current process of using the megaphone icon for submitting feedback.
Rally is also including additional opportunities on select pages to collect targeted feedback for new features.
We welcome all feedback! It is critical to help us prioritize and build the features that are most valuable to you. Please reach out with any questions!
