Coming Soon: Disabling Obsolete Preliminary Estimates for Portfolio Items

Rally will be making updates that allow administrators to disable obsolete Preliminary Estimates for Portfolio Items on May 28th 2025. This helps administrators reduce clutter and maintain valid values for portfolio items reporting.  

What's changing?

• When managing fields under the Portfolio Item type, administrators can mark any unused or obsolete Preliminary Estimates to prevent future usage. 

• Existing portfolio items referencing the obsolete preliminary estimates can still be viewed from lists and filters.
