  • 1.  Client copy job failed

    We triggered the copy client job and it failed with the below error , Please let us know how we can fix the below error or we can ignore it. Although client has been created and we are able to login but wanted to confirm if we run the client with all processes , will it have issues or not ? I have attched the log file for this failed job. Please review and let me know if someone can help

    Hi ,

    JPPCV table does not have records on JPP as a reference. If you go over JPP, there is a possibility that it will not be found on OH either. You have somehow broken the order here. I also think that your ILM is not working properly, full partition drop and checks are not done. Fixing all of these requires good database knowledge. If you don't have that much knowledge, I suggest you consult the company you get support from.
