Check-in from different client location

Is it possible to check files in from a different client location than it was originally checked out to?

Hi Jarus,

Its is not possible to checkin a file from a different client location than what it is checkout to.
However you have two alternative ways in which you can achieve the same result.

1. Perform a checkin on the file(s) using "Release Only" Mode (This will be the very first option in your checkin dialog). Once the file is released, you can again checkout the file form a different client and perform checkin from it.
2. Perform delete version on the checkedout version. This will automatically release the lock on the file and then you may proceed with checkout and checkin from your other client.
