I updated our ITPAM 4.4 to 4.4 CP03
Version: 04.4.00 CP03
Build: 04.4.130 CP03 - Dec 19, 2023, 10:05:58 PM
Everything works fine for a few weeks.
Now I need to change the SQL account that ITPAM uses to connect to the SQL database.
I have found the KB article Change the database username and/or password without having to reinstall or reconfigure ITPAM
I am afraid "PasswordEncryption.bat test@password" does not create a hash, the command returns help for Java
We are running on JAVA:
PasswordEncryption.bat contains the path to some ITPAM's jar
It seems the last part of line 15 "com.optinuity.c2o.util.PasswordEncryption %1%" should be called but for some reason, it is not
Please help.
