    after integrated with azure, SDM interface do not show properly as a picture below.

    Hi,

    Have seen this sort of behavior before when the browser UserAgent is not recognised and forces PDA mode.  From memory, the methods within browser.js (C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\wwwroot\scripts\browser.js) are involved with this analysis.

    The back-end not understanding the browser can also occur when traffic passes through load balancers and proxies as these can alter the UserAgent string being passed to the Service Desk back-end.

    What specific version and patch level of SDM is being used?

    What specific web browser(s) does the issue occur with?

    Are you using IIS or Tomcat to access the SDM UI?

    Provide more details as to what was done to integrate with Azure.

    for version we still 17.1, the web browser Chrome, and using IIS to access SDM UI.

    For Azure we config with application proxy Azure.

    We had time to configure the PDA, namely copying the web folder to the PDA folder in the bopcfg\www\htmpl folder. does it matter?

    Similar issue we faced after upgrading PAM and clearing the browser cache fixed the issue. If possible, can you give it a try by clearing browser cache?

    Another side note is, If you are using Azure Load balancer then it automatically add few cookies. Please ensure those cookies are as per security standards. (isSecure and httpOnly attributes of those cookies should be true to ensure site is more secure.)

    we use pdm_webcache to clear the browser cache, but it doesn't work
