Call-Object sends Emails without attachments

In Version V 21.0.6 all my call-objects, that send emails, send them without attachments.

Broadcom acknowledged that as a bug, but did not promise any time yet by that this bug would be fixed.

Are there any workarounds available?

Hi Nicole,

in our sandbox environment (V21.0.6 HF0) we have the same behavior. Reports as file attachments are not sent with the call operator. In our QA environment V21.0.5 HF4 it does. Either there is a bug or the support of "secure e-mail" requires additional parameters/certificates.

If you use the German online help, you won't find anything about it in the online help V21.0.6. This is (once again) only in the English online help of V21.0.6.

I am also having this issue. It's strange, because mails are going out, just without attachment, so our existing SMTP settings must be OK. But a similarly configured environment on 21.0.5 can attach job reports, the one already upgraded to 21.0.6 cannot. Same settings, same notification object. I opened a case, I wonder if it has anything to do with the new types of SMTP TLS settings in 21.0.6

there is a bug in the version.
I updated to 21.0.7 HF3 an everything is fine.

Correction:

Be informed that this bug will be fixed in v21.0.7 HF1 that is scheduled by the end of June / beginning of July.

JFYI in V21.0.7 the CALL objects have a new bug, you are not able to send them with high priority...

No Workaround available..

if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.
