Currently, SOI uses web services via the Axis protocol to send alert notifications to Service Desk. However, Service Desk is soon to deprecate Axis as a web services protocol, switching to the CXF protocol instead.
Is there any possibility of changing the SOI so that it is possible to use the CXF protocol in the webservice?
Or any workaround so that the integration with Service Desk continues to work?
