  • 1.  Automic V24 Browser question related to display of WF not showing objects

    Hi,

I've been struggling with an issue and would like input from the community.  I do have a case currently opened.

Since upgrading to V24, we have found that when displaying a Workflow, the objects within, do not display.  I can hover over and if I hit the right spot, the pop up showing the object's name will appear.  Even if I am at 100% display, the object do not display.  I currently am at V24.3.0.

Randomly, more often not, the objects do get displayed.  There doesn't appear to be a rhyme or reason or pattern when it does display.  Sometimes even after the objects are displayed, doing refresh makes the objects undisplayable.  There are times when displaying a WF, it just clocks continually.

Using both Edge and Chrome results in the same issue.

I have found that the issue doesn't not occur when using the Edge browser on AE server.  The version of Edge browser is the same between the server and laptop.  I am thinking it may be some type of policy issue on our laptops but not sure where to start.  If it is a policy issue, the issue should be consistent.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or suggest any area I can look at?

Environment: Windows servers for AE and Tomcat.  AE server is separate from the Tomcat server.

Hello, I'm using Automic V24.3 with Jetty on Windows Server 2022.  Jetty is running on the Engine server.  I find I get the hover over pop up's ok on both the process manager and the process explorer.  This is working using both Chrome and Edge.

I am using Tomcat, not Jetty.  The issue is not the pop up, but the objects themselves aren't being displayed, even at 100%.  There are only a few objects.
