Automic V21.0.9 does not start, error : ./ucxjlx6: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.11'

    Automic V21.0.9 does not start,

    ./ucxjlx6: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.11' not found (required by ./ucxjlx6)

    we have placed the unix libraries also as suggested in the documentation 

    libstdc++.so.6
     libgcc_s.so.1

    The OS on the server, which error occurs is 

    NAME="SLES"
    VERSION="11.4"
    VERSION_ID="11.4"
    PRETTY_NAME="SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4"
    ID="sles"
    ANSI_COLOR="0;32"
    CPE_NAME="cpe:/o:suse:sles:11:4"

    Same version V21.0.9 of agent , we have installed in other servers of Redhat V7.9, which works fine...

    is it something that V21 does not support the SUSE 11 ?

    Hi Madhu,

    Please find the compatibility matrix for V21 Linux agents. I do find SUSE 11 supported.
