    we are getting the this Db error frequently in Work process logs.

    what was reason for this error ?

    Hi,

    unfortunately it is not possible to do any analysis based on just a few lines from the log and without knowing the version of your Automation Engine. Please open a case and provide a full set of AE logs.

    Please check the AE logs whether you find any "ORA-00600: internal error code" messages. If yes, please open a case with Oracle too.
