This will be addressed in an upcoming 21.0.7 hotfix. Although this hotfix has high priority I cannot provide an ETA at this point in time, but my best guess (this is not a commitment) would be within the next 4 weeks.

The BO Adapter was updated for an issue in BO 4.2 but I seem to have an issue with this version against BO 4.3.

Rolling back to the 4.3.0 solution with 21.0.7 worked for me against BO 4.3
