Automic agents are going down suddenly

Hello Team,

Some agents are going down in the AWI automatically. We could not find the agents reports when it was down.

Below are the logs of the agents for reference and please help us to find a solution.

Hi,

there are no error messages in the ServiceManager log. Please run the agent from the command line manually and check for errors.

We could not find the error in agent reports and logs. So, we wanted to know the reason why the agents going down Intermittently.

Is there any specific reason behind this?

Hi Shravya,

Please start your analysis by checking for any errors in the Agent logs in the server where agent is installed.
Confirm if the server had a reboot.
Check for information In the Service Manager logs
