Hi Pavlos,
Thanks for providing this feedback. I think you may have meant to say "Org Publisher" but the behavior you describe makes sense. Currently the Org Publisher can only see apps using its APIs via the Analytics. I agree it would be better to have more visibility. This is something I will add to our backlog for consideration. You may also want to post this as an "Idea" under the Ideas section of the community so that others can vote for it. I'll also monitor other users' interactions here.

Subject: API Publisher does not have visibility of applications of other organizations enrolled to the API
Hi,
Currently an API Publisher can only view the applications that have been created for their organization and assigned to an API published by their organization.
There is a need for a new feature in which an API Publisher can view (under applications tab) all applications that are assigned to their APIs, also applications created by other organizations.
Reasons behind this need are:
- Promotion of transparency: This feature will enable an API Publisher to have full visibility of the applications assigned to their API. Currently this information is only available to the Portal admin.
- Facilitates implementation of business logic: An API Publisher may use the client id of the application in order to incorporate more specific business logic in their backend APIs (e.g payment subscriptions).
We are looking forward for your positive contribution.
Thanks in advance.
