Hi @Marilyn SIngley
By the term "But be aware that it must have access to the URLs defined. " I want to make you aware that the Agent (and OS-user) where you execute the JOBS can establish a network connection to the machines/servers/resources specified in the URLs == e.g. there are no firewalls or certificates missing that blocks establishing a connection.
Hope this helps

How would you give an agent access to the URLs ?

Hi @Marilyn Singley
When you look into the Action e.g. PCK.AUTOMIC_ANALYTICS.PUB.ACTION.CAPTURE_DASHBOARD you see that there are 2 Tasks inside. A Windows-Job or a Unix-Job. Based on your setup you can use a "regular" Windows or Linux/Unix Agent to execute this Action. But be aware that it must have access to the URLs defined.
Please make also sure that the global data for Analytics (PCK.AUTOMIC_ANALYTICS.PUB.SETTINGS) are properly setup (e.g. executing PCK.AUTOMIC_ANALYTICS.PUB.ACTION.ANALYTICS_CONFIGURATION).

Do you need an Agent installed on the Analytics datastore host ?
