Agent disconnection from AE

    Hi community,

    We have one linux agent which was down for about 45 min,

    And when I check the AE and agent logs, found below pasted errors.

    And also in awi the agent log was not recorded between this timeframe, but it was generated in agent server.

     

    "U00003413 Socket call 'recv(15)' returned error code '10054'.

    20250811/095049.300 -          An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

    20250811/095049.300 - U00003407 Client connection '15(13)' from '********:60006' has logged off from the Server.

    20250811/095049.300 - U00003397 Agent '*******' logged off (client connection='15')" - recorded while trying to reconnect.

     

    And also last restart of the agent server and process was before this incident, and the agent is still running with the same process ID.

     

    During the issue, the agent was unable to reach the AE server and was continuously attempting to reconnect, as seen in the logs.

     

    This seemed to be network issue, but even there was no firewall drop at that time.

    So what could be the potential root cau

    se for this issue?
