About External Syslog configuration.

    Hi

    External logging configured successfully on SEPM console and I see logs is injecting into the syslog server from the SEPM, but strangely the error message "Unable to connect to the syslog server" keep on appearing. 

    Error message below found but no it does not lead to the next clue.

    THREAD 149 FATAL: Unable to connect to Syslog server. External recording cannot continue until issue is resolved as STOP in:

     com.sygate.scm.server.task.ExternalLoggingWorker

    com.sygate.scm.server.util.ServerException: Unable to connect to Syslog server. External recording cannot continue until the issue is resolved.

           at com.sygate.scm.server.task.ExternalLoggingWorker.handleLog(ExternalLoggingWorker.java:659)

           at com.sygate.scm.server.task.ExternalLoggingWorker.run(ExternalLoggingWorker.java:429)

           at java.base/java.util.TimerThread.mainLoop(Timer.java:556)

           at java.base/java.util.TimerThread.run(Timer.java:506)

    Anyone encounter this before?
