A test job is failing with an error, Job not found/deleted from JDE system

  • 1.  A test job is failing with an error, Job not found/deleted from JDE system

    Hi Community,

    Recently we installed a new JDE agent, for testing purpose we are running a job but the job is failing with error "Job was not found in the JDE system. Job has been deleted in JDE or the server name is incorrect."

    For reference PFB the agent logs and job reports. 

    Please give your analysis and a fix for this issue.

    There are 2 connection objects in the JDE agent for jde.  One is simply the JDE credential (in your case CONN.JDE.CAFINNIGHT
    The other has the JDBC connection information.
    It's looking like something is off here and its not looking at the correct copy of F986110  It should be looking at the server map copy of the table.

    If it's looking at SYS or some other copy, you will launch the job correctly but it will be checking the wrong table to find the status and detect completion
