    Hi Team,

If I mistakenly subscribed to be a member of a Community, how do I exit from that specific Community?

    Hi Brian,

Go into the community -> settings -> leave community

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for the update.

This functionality does not seem to be working properly. I did this yesterday and it appeared as though 'My Communities' list got shorter. However, today the Communities that I left/exited are back in 'My Communities' list :-(

I'll try to clear my browser cache to check if this makes any difference.

    Kind Regards,
    Brian

I keep exiting some communities I no longer want to be part of, but every time I log back in they are back in my list. Can someone please look into this functionality as it is not working properly?

@Brian Mathato and @Christopher Hackett   There are the current communities you are subscribed to:

Mainframe Software General > must have to receive event notifications.
    Mainframe Education Community
    Broadcom Customer Care
    CA Client Automation
    IT Process Automation
    CA Service Management
    The Water Cooler
    Broadcom Mainframe Software Community

It looks like from the post below you only want the two  (the third is an umbrella community for notifications).  I will open a ticket with the vendor to trace why you are not unable to subscribe.   Can you post the following:    Win/Mac/Linux/Other and Browser

    Thanks
    Jason

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for your response.

    1. I need all the Mainframe related communities to be removed from my profile.

    2. I use a Windows machine and have tested this with the following browsers: IE, Chrome and Firefox. The behavior is the same on all of them as my attempts to exit does not stick. It seems to be temporary for the session where I exit, but the next time I login the previously exited communities return to my list.
