Are you restricting users in the $SPECROOT/.hostrc file on the landscape in question?
I am guessing you should have the name of the SpectroSERVER in the .hostrc file, and if you have the installation owner, that could be what is causing the NO_USER error coming from a CORBA call to the SpectroSERVER, as it might be denying other users from making CORBA calls.

Remove all users from the $SPECROOT/.hostrc file.
