  • 1.  User is unable to login oneclick console after resetting the password

    Hi Community,

    We came across the situation where in user has been created a very long back and he can able to login till yesterday but suddenly the user is not able to login oneclick console without any change on the user or password. So, we tried to reset the password under content details but still user is not able to login one click console. We are getting "SPC-OCA-10474: Invalid user name and or password"  error while logging into the spectrum. Please suggest how to fix this issue!

    Note: No LDAP or EEM integration.

    Hi Sunny,

    We are able to login with other users except one specific user which we had updated password several times even though he is not able to login oneclick console.
