    The emails that we are sending to cluster9.us.messagelabs.com are being blocked, and or deferred with the following messages :

     Deferred: connect to cluster9.us.messagelabs.com[67.219.247.54]:25: Connection timed out  

     

    We have 2 addresses that email can come from: 67.52.164.99 and 67.52.164.110. Is there any way to pinpoint why we are getting blocked?

    Still getting 

    Deferred: delivery temporarily suspended: connect to cluster1.us.messagelabs.com[67.219.250.106]:25: Connection timed out  

    Is there a particular email address or email coming from my IP that is causing this?

    The emails went through now, is there any insight you can give me as to why were were getting blocked?

    Hi Steven,

     

    There was a record that we have seen spam mails coming from the IP address. I have confirmed that there is no longer such activity and was able to clear it.

    We filter our outgoing email, so there should not have been any spam. Is there anyway you could forward me one of the emails that was classifed as spam?

    Unfortunately, we do not keep any copy of mails. I only can see the record for the sender IP addresses.

    The recipient's IT dept says that they have us whitelisted through Symantec, however we get blocked every couple of weeks. Is there any way to avoid this in the future?

    Hello Steven,

     

    Your IP looks good in our system. I would recoomend you to ask the recipient end to raise a case with our technical support on your behalf for further investigation. In this way, we can locate detailed logs for the issue and find permanent solution.
