I am using CAPC 3.5 and Spectrum 10.2.1. As trend of users falls below at night and its higher at day times.
So i applied a threshold for DIP at day time.
is there any possibility at CAPC or CA Spectrum that i set the time filter for alarm generation.
at night/added time duration alarm never triggers.
Using the CAPC you can try to use the Life Cycle State "Maintenance" or disable the Threshold Profile using REST method = PUT (you can create a script for it):

but there's some ambiguity can you please share some hint, because as per my knowledge all tags(parameters) are define in these files are also call from Database or from some other source.
so what tags or parameters are defined for maintenance...?

The other option is to use the REST method
I believe this is what you want to be able to use. It is not currently a feature.
There is no way to apply a time frame to limit Events from being generated during those times in the currently available product.
Apply Business Hours to Thresholds
