Hi,We would like to create a ticket at Servicedesk from other server.But application get a time-out error.We have restarted the BG and AUX servers, but the result has not changed.Why is this problem caused by? Can you help me ?

The read time out indicates that somehow the call was not handled by Tomcat properly. NX_ROOT/log/ jsrvr.log, pdm_tomcat.log and stdlog.xx might give some ideas.
If nothing is obvious, I would recommend raising a support ticket on this
I notice that in your createRequest call you have appended ?wsdl in the URL. Suggest you remove that.
I found the problem. Category have automatic assignment with Location based, So it was getting the error. Auto_assing to NULL, the problem has improved.
