  • 1.  Linux server connection timeout error

    Hi Team,

     

    I have configured one linux server through SSH connection in PAM. I checked that port 22 was opened from PAM.But after connecting SSH iam getting connection timed out error. I tried from Putty without PAM it is connecting after some 3 to 4 minuts.But from PAM iam not able to connect.Can you please tell me, how can we increase connection time out in PAM?

    Hello Bumesh, For credential management the UNIX target application would allow customization of the communication timeout, but for the Mindterm SSH applet we don't expose the setting. As a user though I would find it unacceptable that I have to wait 3-4 minutes for a connection to be established. Is there a network configuration problem?
