Is there a way to check for active CA Service Desk Manager Active Webservice Sessions?

There is no command/UI for this, I believe.

What you can do, though, is to find the info from the log files. Before 17.1 you can see the session log info in stdlog and in 17.1, you will see it in jsrvr.log.

You could also try checking the session_log table, although it might not be that accurate. Not sure if pdm_webstat might also be insightful here?

Rest access creates entries into the usp_rest_access table (rest_access) object. Rest access that has not been deleted will appear here. Not a great way to check for active sessions but good to know about..
