    Hi

are you aware that Automic V9 is out of support and out of maintenance for ages?

(as well as applications manager 7... :-)   )

would suggest migrating to V12.2 or V12.3.....

    cheers, Wolfgang

Can this be a mismatch of the product names?

You want to upgrade from Appworx7 to Appworx9 a.k.a. Applications Manager (same product)

    or

You want to upgrade from Appworx7 to CA Automic Workload Automation (another product)

    cheers, Wolfgang

Sorry Appworx a.k.a. Applications manager is not my topic.

Would ask support and post this question in the correct community forum :-)
