Application Workflow Scheduling

    Hello,

    I would like to Schedule execution of an Application Workflow and I have tried the following steps without out success.

     

    - Created a Queue

    - Configured Recurring Schedule

    -  Linked queue to the profile of the target application

    -  Activated Queue

    - I can see queue runs, but the workflow which needs to be executed remains in waiting state even after schedule 

       time has reached.

     

    Am I missing something simple here? 

    Additionally, is there another simple solution available for scheduling Application Workflows?

    How do the settings for queue trigger look like in ARA/CDA's customer.config? Are these data (agent name, login object...) valid?

    e.g.

    <Customer>
      <connections>
        <connection name="DEV" system="AUTOMIC">
          <system client="100" password="***" user="100/SERVICE/INTERN">

            <queuetrigger agent="WIN01" login="LOGIN.WIN01" />

    ....

    Are there any errors in the ARA/CDA's log-files?

    I don't see any connections under <Customer> section. Should it be added manually?

    Looking at the documentation I don't see any reference to any configuration related to the customer.config file.

     

    Do you know if there another reference document or list the steps entailed in this process?

    I wonder how your system can operate without a properly setup customer.config. Maybe you pick the wrong customer.config...
