Urgent Help Webagent On IIS 7.5 Windows 2008

Hi,
I am trying install and configure Webagent 6QMR6 CR6 64Bit on Windows 2008 64Bit IIS 7.5, Flowed all steps as per documentation .

I am Getting the error

If this is urgent I advise a case with SiteMinder Support.

As for the issue, have you enabled the Web Service Extension?
