I have a question for you. Is it posible to actívate the priority calculation for changes orders?. I read that information in the CA SDM manual but I don´t find this option in the adminsitration tab. Could you help me please?
As far as I understand, Priority Calculation is limited to Incident and Problem ticket types and nothing else.
