Posted transaction Review

    I have a user who can't view the posted transaction review. Why?

    Hi Georges,

    In which context are you encountering the issue?  The posted transaction review portlet comes in 2 flavours, one at the cost plan level (ID: cop.invTransactionReview) and one for reviewing transactions across investments (ID: cop.finTransactionReview).  Access to these portlets will depend on security rights for the user.  I would first check to see if the user has access by opening the Portlet in Studio, then going to the "Access to this portlet" tab.  Select the "Full Access" option and see if the person's name appears in the list.  The Key icon will show you how other users are able to access the portlet in the "Granted Through" column.

    If us know if granting access to the user solves the issue, if not, it may be something else in the configuration.

    Does the user have permissions to view posted transactions?
