Can CA PPM SaaS URL be changed?

Can CA PPM SaaS default login URL be changed to or customized to be more friendly URL to the employees in the organization?

Hi Andrew,

 

No we provide CPPM**** URL but if you implement SSO then you can do this via custom URL and your users will hit the internal URL which will be redirected eventually to CPPM*** URL

Got few more questions on CA PPM SaaS and will be great if someone can answer them...

1. Need to know what is the minimum licenses for CA PPM SaaS model.
2. How frequent is the VAPT performed in a year and if it is done by whom?
3. Performance response time and processing time from CA PPM SaaS. 
4. Recommend version for each web browser from IE, Chrome, Firefox
5. Type of encryption used (Data in used, transit, at rest)

 

And would be glad if someone can share the steps on how accounts are setup in CA PPM SaaS for Full & Restricted users (by administrator?) and how the licenses are bind and increase or decrease...
