Is there a way to search for attachments?

We have a team that uses a lot of attachments and would like to know if there's a way to search for stories by attachment name?

Unfortunately, I am afraid that is not a current functionality that would let you search attachments.  I can certainly understand how an improvement of this functionality is beneficial and would like to encourage you to promote this idea in Rally Ideas (https://ideas.rallydev.com) and provide any discussion items that you think might be valuable.

Hi Brian,

We use a custom grid list for each work type on a dashboard with the following query:

(Attachments.Name != null)

 

With all of our work types on a dashboard, it pulls in a pretty good single view.
