    Hi,

Have you checked if the user running Apache has enough permissions on the file (/etc/httpd/conf/WebAgent.conf) and the folder?

    Best regards

    Hi,

Yes, user which is running Apache has complete(i.e. read, write and execute) access on /etc/httpd folder.

Do you get the same messages if you run the LLAWP process manually? Or only when starting up Apache?

    Hi,

Did you try disabling selinux? Here's a document that could help.

    KB000047280: LLAWP doesn't start

    Hi,

    SELinux status is permissive.

Also LLAWP is running properly. ACO and HCO is also loading.

Issue is coming after hitting application URL.

    Hello,

    - Do you see any error in the web server error log?

    - If the above KB article didn't help, try this one: Tech Tip : CA Single Sign-On :Web Agent : How to troubleshoot agent initialization issues

    - Can you strace the agent startup command (from your startup script) and check if there' any directory permissions issue?  Do make sure to trace the system calls in the forked out child processes by using the swithc "-f" for strace.

    Rgds.- Vijay
