  • 1.  Issue with DU startup

    Hi All,

    Last two times, when starting the automic software 6.7.01 it starts, ok, at first point seems to be everithing OK, i can login, search for past execution , launches etc... but the tasks in the launch wait, does not want to start running. Once below is hown in the universe log, they start running:

    Can someone please let me know if it familiar with this, and how can be solved. It tookes like 30 min to start runnign, after the consloe was started

    Hello DWHOperations ,

    How often this issue happen to your node?
    Does it happen to only this node?
    I believe restart node also resolve the issue.
    I recommend to open a ticket with Automic support and upload the Uxtrace to the ticket.

    It happends uppon restart of managment server and duas.

    Is it possible to fix this without restarting the node?

    dwhoper_dwhoper_9586 Please check if the node is functioning fine at the moment?
    And please check if the error message still keep generating in the universe.log?

    If the node is running fine, and the message is no longer appear, then no need to restart node.

    Are you working on Simulation are ? If the Lunches are in Launch Wait, please check the Launcher service in UVC->Monitoring->Monitoring->Server Engines. Check if the it is started. if it is started, please check the wake up date. The wake up date should always be in the future. If it is in the past, maybe you have data file issue. If this is the case, please open a new incident and send us a new uxtrace.

    If the Launcher is stopped, please try to start it. If it  does not start, you may need to check the license if it is expired or not.
