    Hi,

     

    After install UMP(UIM Server 9.0.2), wasp probe is not starting(failed/error) and the only message on log is:

    Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>)

    I already did the re-install UMP and JAVA jre, restart UMP server, and nothing work.

     

    I already saw this:
    Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>) 
    But, we have other platform running on rhel7 (centos7) and it's ok.

    Dear Pedro,

     

    can you please verify that  the cryptkey value has been set on the robot where wasp is running?

    The file is created on the phub during the initial UIM 9.02 upgrade.
