What is the isArchived check?

What is the IsArchived check?  I just noticed it - it's a rally built in field on the Portfolio Item.

Sagi - we see it in our filters as an option, we see it in the WASAPI, it *doesn't* show up on the portfolio item, either in QDP or EDP.
