Does anyone having an experience on this?
CA PAM integrated with CA SOI to create a ticket to BMC Remedy. This configuration is working before, but the process suddenly stopped working in Waiting State.
What should I do to fix this? Appreciate for anything helps.
My first suggestion would be to check if your Orchestrator is running processes at all, could you please create a TEST process that performs something quick and run it, if it also fails, you can do the following:
1.- Stop Orchestrator's service.
2.- Navigate to the following path "..CA\PAM\server\c2o" and delete (or move out of PAM directory) the following folder:
3.- Start Orchestrator's service again and check the TEST process one more time.
Thanks for the reply. Currently the issue has been resolved. I fix it by clear resource for CONNECT-REMEDY.
Now I have 10842 entry in the GatewayCloseQueue. I would like to know, is this entries give an impact to Resource Connect-Remedy?
Thanks and Regards,
