This happens only on a few workstations.
After the users log in, the font is ok.

Hi Alessia, I know of one user who reported the same problem. We had two remote WebEx sessions and did not observe the problem on either one, which was very strange. But the user said the problem came back after the next reboot of his laptop each time. He ended up using the client from a different desktop and we have not pursued it for now. Language/regional settings on the desktop likely play a role, as may the OS version on the client. We did configure the client to use English (US) as language. This is under General settings in the PAM client's configuration settings. But the problem came back anyway. I suggest you open a support case and we take another look at the problem.
