  • 1.  Automic ERROR CODE 255

     Hello,


    Does anyone encountered ERROR CODE 255? While running BATCH in DNA using AUTOMIC we are getting this error code at the same time for 3 different jobs. All with the same error code but different Error explanations. I reset the job and it went through successfully, but curious to find out what this error code means.

    Error retrieved from Logs:

    1. Error encountered during DNA job completion sequence

      (error code = 255).

    2. Error encountered during MS_QUERR retrieval

      (error code = 255).

    3.Error encountered during MS_QRSLT retrieval

      (error code = 255).

    Do we have any documentation which explains the list of error codes and its reasons. 

    Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.

    I spoke to one of the experts in the field and he mentioned that this ERROR.CODE represents server unavailability or connectivity issue.
