  • 1.  How to open a developer portal?

    I have successfully configured CA API PORTAL as per the documentation.But the link (http://<apiportalfqdn>/admin ) is not opening in the browser.How to resolve this issue?

    are you seeing any specific error in catalina.out when you try to access /admin and can you also let us know what error are you seeing in the browser.

    I attached the screenshots where i faced the problem.When I running the portal this window will openThis is the configuration details of portalThis is the error I am facing.

    are you able to ping the portal hostname from your local system

    Hello Amit1995 ,

    didsi01should tell the root cause of your problem.

    You local system seems to be a redhat linux, try add ip address of portal server and portal server name in /etc/hosts file.
