    Dear Preeti:

There are many ways to look at your question

    1) What CA and CA software can access APM. See Integrating - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

    2) Workstation and Webview Introscope Components - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

    3) APIs API Reference - CA Application Performance Management - 10.5 - CA Technologies Documentation

Can you please be more specific on what you are looking for?

    Thanks

    Hi Haylet,

My question is in how many ways we can access to ca wily introscope .

    As far as I know

Via Workstation - hit the URL and start the Workstation

Via APM team center - browser

Is there any other way apart from these 2 ??

    Regards

    Dear Preeti:

Workstation, WebView, Web Start Workstation are the three methods for on-premise environments.  CLW, Rest API, Web Services for Reports.

    Thanks

You can also use APM SQL to access smartstor database for extracting metrics to create reports etc.
