    Hi, We are using Automic One Automation 2015 UC4 as our scheduler tool. I have informatica jobs embedded inside the workflows and it's all mess out here. If I want to run workflow manually, it's really tough to find under which folder does that Job(Workflow) Exists.

    Is there a way I can just extract all the Directories, their respective folders and their respective jobs in UC4?. Its helps alot to do production support

    Quick solution:

    In the user interface, go to the SEARCH tool.  Select all desired object types, and Start the search.
    You can then right-click/export the results to a flat file. (export to file...)

    Automated solution;

    Research the UCYBDBRT database reporting utility. (CORRECTION!  This utility does not provide folder location!)

    If you know the flow or job name you could just use the Search dialog and enter the object's name.  The search results include the Folder name.  Also, you could just Execute the object from the Search dialog's result as it supports most of the Explorer's functions.

    Also, there are a couple of SQL type queries that are available on the Philipp Elmer site that may be of use.  Select the Download all old Blog Articles link that is in the lower right of the page; you will need to subscribe to download them.  The one that comes to mind that might assist you is the one titled "SQL: Folder Path of an Object".

    petwir  I don't  see where the Folder name is an available field for the Evaluation Reports.  Sometimes that would be of assistance for us; what am I missing?

    Well now, that's a big disappointment!  I had assumed it would be available because it *SHOULD* be available!  I'll modify my above post accordingly.  https://docs.automic.com/documentation/WEBHELP/English/AWA/11.2/AE/11.2/All%20Guides/help.htm#ucacii.htm?Highlight=UCYBDBRT

    (I did not mention Philipps SQL because it is not very convenient to get to anymore.)
