    Hi when the user try to open MSP an error pops ups. Please find the attachment for the error

     

    Can any one help with this error?

    Is this specific to one project or many? Have you tried in a different workstation (that was known to work before the error appeared)?

    This is for a particular user. In desktop it woks fine. But in laptop he is facing this issue

    I would suggest to try and reinstall the MSP Interface, taking into account the bits of MSP as Pablo Cuomo pointed. Please check the following documents:

    Is this solve?

     

    Verify the version of the component (64 or 32 bits)

    Verify the version of window and MSP (64 or 32 bits) also the MSP due to legacy or not legacy connector, after all that verify proxys and conecction to ca ppm

    One other thing, do not know if it useful, sometime when we do some test, we forget the desktops are connected to network, and the laptops are on wifi...so try to test on the same conditions, we struggle in one client and we were always on wifi open and full access, and the network has a proxy on the corporate network and some security restrictions.
